Staff Choir Concert by HKUST Staff Association - A Million Dreams

  • Tsang Shiu Tim Art Hall HKUST (map)

HKUST SA Staff Choir was formed in late 2010, comprising members of the university including staff, faculty and their family.  Currently the choir has about 20 members.  It is under the direction of Conductor Mr. Kwok Ho Lam, and the Pianist is Dr. Chuck-Jee Chau.

Our purpose is to bring together people to enjoy singing and to serve the HKUST community by performing regularly. In doing so, we also hope to spread the culture of the love of music in HKUST. Currently, the main event of the choir is annual mini concert series in May. We also perform in the Staff Association Christmas Party.

Members practice every week for one and a half hours during regular semesters.Besides singing in harmony as a group, members also have the chance to sing solo in the performances. Thus, it is a very joyful and rewarding experience to sing in our choir.
